Marequky does not collect, receive, sell, share, or upload any personal information or other user data. The app does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or network services.
This Privacy Policy explains how Marequky handles information when you use its offline marquee and stage-customization features.
Information we do not collect
Marequky does not collect personal information, contact information, identifiers, location information, device information, usage data, photos, camera content, messages, or payment information. We do not operate servers that receive data from the app, and the app does not transmit data to us or to third parties.
Offline use and local content
Marequky works offline. To provide its features, the app may store your stage settings and recent marquee messages locally on your device. If you choose a photo or create a photo with your device camera for a stage background, that media is handled locally for the feature you selected.
This local content is used only to display and restore your Marequky experience. Marequky does not collect, upload, or share that content. You can change or remove your in-app content through the app and your device controls.
Third parties and online services
Marequky does not include advertising, analytics, social-network, cloud-sync, or other third-party data-collection services. The app does not make network requests as part of its normal operation.
Children and age requirements
Marequky is not directed to children under 13, and no person under 13 is permitted to download, access, or use the app. If you are under 13, please do not use Marequky or provide any information through it.
Because Marequky does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect, use, store, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has used the app in a way that raises a privacy concern, please contact us so that we can review the concern.
People who are 13 or older may use Marequky. If you are a minor under the laws that apply to you, please use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required. Our no-collection and offline-only practices apply to users of all ages.
Security
Keeping data local reduces the need to transmit information over networks. You remain responsible for securing your own device and managing its access controls.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Marequky changes. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a future change affects how information is handled, the policy will be updated to describe it clearly.
